Douglas Graham practices in the area of general civil and business litigation and employment law. He has litigated cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and harassment. Additionally, Mr. Graham has represented various Taft-Hartley trusts as Trust Counsel, and litigated a number of ERISA related cases. He has handled trade secret cases on behalf of employers at both the trial and appellate level. In traditional labor matters, Mr. Graham has represented a number of employers in matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Graham represents clients in both state and federal courts.
