Since 1994, Mr. Sullivan has represented debtors, secured creditors, and creditors’ committees in various Chapter 11 proceedings. Mr. Sullivan has particular expertise in Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement contested matters, nonresidential real property lease and executory contract contested matters, and claim litigation. In addition to his bankruptcy experience and expertise, Mr. Sullivan has substantial experience and expertise in complex commercial litigation matters.
