Marianne Dickson practices in the area of corporate bankruptcy. Prior to joining McNutt Law Group she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Arthur S. Weissbrodt of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern California Division. Ms. Dickson also interned for the Chief Counsel for the IRS working on a variety of tax issues.

Before working for McNutt Law Group, Marianne Dickson worked for Toshiba International Corporation’s Power Systems Division where she negotiated and managed contracts for large output power generation equipment ranging from $17 to $50 million. She also led their contracts department. In this highly unique and technical industry, she drafted, executed and oversaw lengthy, detailed agreements for both private and public entities and developed first-hand knowledge and skills in project and business management. Ms. Dickson has traveled and lived in Japan and is fully conversational and able to read in Japanese. She is also proficient in Spanish.
