Rebecca Litteneker, a founding member of McNutt & Litteneker, LLP, has 20 years' experience specializing in commercial law, bankruptcy, and insolvency. Ms. Litteneker has been an in-house attorney at a major financial institution and for the past ten years she has been the principal attorney on several large bankruptcy cases, as well as representing creditors' committees, creditors, purchasers of assets in bankruptcy, and trustees.
